Parents who are willing to support the religious principles and practices of the Catholic faith are eligible to apply to enrol their children at Henschke Catholic Primary School. Please refer to the below Process and documentation required.
1. obtain an enrolment application
You can download the application from this page, email the office on firstname.lastname@example.org or visit the administration office.
2. forward application and required documents
This can be done by dropping in to our school office, emailing it, or posting.
3. administration office will arrange an interview
Providing your application is complete with all required documentation supplied administration staff will arrange an interview. It is important to note that enrolment Interviews cannot proceed until all the necessary documentation is provided.
Interviews are held with one of our Co-Principals, parents/guardians or carers and the enrolling student. Where possible this held during school hours. Conducting an interview does not guarantee a placement at the school A Co-Prinicpal will contact you afterwards informing you of the school's decision.
We cannot accept enrolment application forms which have not been fully completed and or missing associated documentation. As well as completing the enrolment application you will also need to provide:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunisation Summary from Medicare (we can not accept pages from the blue book)
- Baptismal Certificate if your child has been baptised.
If your child has additional needs, you will need to provide as much documentation as possible regarding their diagnosis and management when you return the application form. This should ideally include any or all reports from service providers that are assisting with the overall care of your child which should include, but not limited to:
- Speech Pathologist
- Occupational Therapist
- Early Intervention
